HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We've got you covered! We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Electron. We also accept PayPal payments.
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP WITH US?
You can be assured that shopping with us is safe! We have SSL ertificate (explain) and Mcafee secure. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
We’ll send you an Order Confirmation Notice detailing your purchase. When your order has been dispatched we will send you another email to confirm this. Please check your junk folder. Also, if you haven’t recived an order confirmation and/or a despatch confirmation please contact us.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO/OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can cancel your order, or make changes provided that it has not been dispatched. We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a completed Cancellation Form immediately, and we can help you from there.
I'VE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT AND/OR FAULTY ITEM
We’re very sorry to hear that! Please contact us via our contact form or at email@example.com stating your order number, the item name/product code you should have received and any other details.
To return an item, please follow the instructions stated in ‘How To Return Item’.
We are currently only deliver to the following countries/regions:
- United Kingdom
- British Channel Islands
- Scottish (Highlands & Islands)
If you do not live in any of the above countries, please contact us first before placing an order. We will try our best to sort out delivery for you.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Depending on the amount the item costs, when the parcel arrives into your country a customs import charge may be applied in order for you to receive your item. These costs are the responsibility of the person purchasing the item, not Shades of Mia Mina. This only applies to customers outside of the European Union.
WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
Your parcel will either be left with a neighbour or at your local sorting office. The delivery courier will leave a card detailing the whereabouts of your parcel, and how you can retrieve it. We recommend that you send your parcel to your work address to minimise delays.
CAN I DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes! Simply enter the address that you would like use to deliver your parcel at the check out page.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM
If you haven’t received your item within the estimated delivery times, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact us form with your order number and name.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM
No problem! Under Consumer Regulations Law in the UK, you have a right to cancel or return any item up to 14 calender days from date of purchase. We allow up 14 days delivery from receipt of your item. International customers have up to 30 days from date of purchase.
I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Unfortunately, we’re current unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us, and place a new order. o return an item, please follow the instructions stated in ‘HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM' section.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please follow the instructions below:
- Send us an email with a completed return notification form. This can be downloaded here. This is let us know your intention to return
- Complete the returns form that came with your package, and place it inside your package along with the item that you’re returning.
- Repackage the item in the original packaging or a secure waterproof package. Ensure all labels and tags are still attached.
- Returns postage payment is the responsibility of the customer. However we will reimburse postage where the fault is ours. Please keep proof of postage as you will need this.
- Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your returned items to process your order from UK. For International orders please allow for 20 working days.
- We would advise that you send your returns item via a tracked service using the following delivery services depending on your location.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN
Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your returned items to process your order from UK. For inter national returns, please allow 20 working days.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
We will notify you by email when we have received your returned item, and notify you when you can expect your payment returned.
USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE
Enter your promotional code in the ‘promotional code’ box at checkout and click the apply button. Only one promotional code can be used per transactions.
We do not offer student discount.
