RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Under Consumer Regulations Law in the UK, you have a right to cancel or return any item up to 14 calendar days from date of purchase.

UK orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. International orders must be returned within 30 days from receipt of the item. 

 

 ITEM CONDITION

Items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.

Items that have been returned damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer item exchanges. You may return the original item for refund, and then purchase the new item. In the event of this, we will do our very best to speed up the returns process. Please contact customercare@shadesofmiamina.com.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We will accept returns of any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all garment tags and labels, that is dispatched to us within 14 days (UK orders) and 30 days (international) of receipt by you.

Please note that we do not cover your shipping costs back to us.  

 

Please follow the instructions below:

  • Contact us at customercare@shadesofmiamina.com with your order number and your intention to return your item, so that we are aware that you are returning an item.
  • Complete the returns form that is enclosed in your package, and place it inside your returns package.
  • Repackage the item in the original packaging or a secure waterproof package. Ensure all labels and tags are still attached.
  • Returns postage payment is the responsibility of the customer. However we will reimburse postage where the fault is ours. Please keep proof of postage as you will need this.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving, and then you have another 16 days to send the item(s) back to us.  
  • We will notify you by email when we have received your returned item.

We would advise that you send your returns item via a tracked service using the following delivery services depending on your location.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN  

 

Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your returned items to process your order from UK, and 20 days for international orders.

 

REFUNDS

We will accept returns of any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all garment tags and labels, that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Please note that we do not cover your shipping costs back to us.

 

Payment will be credited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item. Sale items can be refunded.

 Returns for refund are processed within 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days for refunds.

 Items advertised as ‘free shipping that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee for UK this is £4.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be refunded or exchanged.

 

LATE RETURNS

We do not accept returns after 14 days (UK) and 30 days (international) of receipt by you.

 

 

IMPORTANT INFO 

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct, as this cannot be amended once your parcel has been dispatched.

Before orders are dispatched we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer, we will try our very best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time begins once you have purchased the order, and includes a 24 hour processing time to prepare your order for delivery. This may take longer during sales periods, and busier times of the year. In these circumstances please allow a 48 hour processing time to be dispatched.
